PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND RE-SCHEDULING POLICY

All services are billed on a monthly schedule.  Ms. G’s requires pre-payment for all instruction services by the first day of the month.  Payment may be made in cash, by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted).

Services will not be provided without pre-payment under any circumstances.  Specific rules and circumstances apply to Individual vs. Group Tutoring.  Please see below.

INDIVIDUAL TUTORING
Ms. G’s allows a maximum of two session re-schedulings per school semester (four maximum per school year) at no extra charge.  Cancellations must be made by 12 PM the day instruction is to be provided.  Sessions remaining uncanceled by 12 PM will not be eligible for re-scheduling.  Sessions re-scheduled beyond the maximum limit will be charged the full applicable hourly rate and pre-payments for missed sessions will not be refunded.  Individual Tutoring students with biweekly schedules (i.e. students who visit the center twice a week) may pre-pay twice a month on the first and fifteenth day of the month subject to Ms. G’s approval.

GROUP TUTORING (2-3 Students)
All Group Tutoring services must be pre-paid by the first day of the month, no exceptions.  Session re-schedulings are not permitted for Group Tutoring services.  Fees for Group Tutoring sessions are determined by the number of paying students present per session.  Group members may enter or leave your child’s group at any time without advanced notice.  Ms. G’s neither guarantees the stability and composition of group members nor that the fees charged for Group Tutoring will remain constant over time.  Please see our current rate schedule for Group Tutoring rates.  Any increases in fees due to group member changes are due at the beginning of the session for which the fees increased.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES POLICY
Services may be terminated at any time at the discretion of parents/students or Ms. G’s for any reason whatsoever.
